I would really like it if the packing slips were availabe online. There have been times when I've received a packing slip that was for another company or have not received one at all.  Quill reps can't duplicate a packing slip to resend it, so you're pretty much left without one.  We need ours.  That may not mean much to some companies, but it's important to ours.  Please consider digitalizing them to be found in the same area with our digital invoices on the site.  That would be great!

I love the Reorder Fast option offered, but I hate having to scroll through a list of items that I no longer need and will never reorder. For example, I have paper on my list that was too thick to work in my printer; I will never reorder it and would like to remove it. Then, I no longer have the same printer, so I would also like to remove those ink cartridges from my Reorder Fast list. Thus, can you please make it possible for us to edit our Reorder Fast list and remove those items we no longer need?

Improved inquire area. When you are  trying to look for merchandise and the selection that comes out is vague and even if you narrowed down the sort area and still give a wide variety of merchandise.

it was a great incentive to order things with the Quill cash and you always looked forward ordering things.

As to the free samples and it is a good way to learn about new products.

Please let customers have the option of using the old style website for a while before completely changing things. Everytime you change the web site there is too much of a learning curve, especially if one is ordering supplies for a large office. Time wasted trying to find things because you changed how they are displayed.

I have several locations I buy products for, and I would like to be able to search back through past invoices by delivery/ship to address. Would you be able to add a filter to the invoice search feature? This would save a lot of time.

It would be nice to be able to actually check out instead of seeing "Items I might want". It takes longer than it should to check out.

At times I would rather go to another vendor than have to say no just to get to the stupid check out.  Then if I change my order it asks me again if I would like to order more items.

I order enough from you guys to know what I want to order and I am so busy I don't have time to say to the suggestions and would rather not have to deal with that.

I noticed recently that Quill is moving out a lot of items from their website to Biggestbook.com. with prices much higher compare to what you normally pay from Quill own website. Also if I decided to order from biggestbook.com the item originally was availlable yesterday but they notify me today that this item is no longer availble. VERY DISAPPOINTENT!!!

I just ordered several items and had to back 2 or 3 times to make sure that I didn't miss a coupon or potential benefit.  If this could be automated or a flag that says, buy two toner cartridges and you will get a $30 cash benefit.

Sorry that Shalanda is not a valued employee that could express the idea I passed on to her via phone conversasion as this little form is more important than she is to getting the information to "higher ups"

Your online email lacks the ability to attach a PDF of an invoice or order, a picture of the failed component or any other information that might provide, without lookup, the details a customer service rep. may require for handling a situation such as a defective arm on a Quill brand chair.  I sent an email with pictures to the taxexempt email address hoping they could just forward it, but they did at least reply with the phone number to Quill.   The reply from a rep. could then be via email.

I did learn that I now have to completely disassemble a chair and box it up and send it back rather than receive a right arm for the chair as a part to be replaced.  The right arm also supports the back of the chair.

The problem is resolved via the help Shalanda provided within the guidelines she is permitted to perform by replacing the chair (that I'll have to assemble) and providing a call tag for the chair I have to disassemble and box up.  She put up with my frustrations and my poor attitude about the illogic of all this.

Sorry for any issues this caused.

I'm typing all this because I was told THIS is the only way to provide the suggestion to the "higher ups".  I logged in with Quill account and of course that was not enough to provide the information.  I had to create a new IDEA account just to submit this. (another hoop)

    Have a nice Day.
    Joey

The Pioneer Woman:  Ree Drummand is a very popular Food Network Celebrity.
I know she is coming out with a new line of products....
This would be a great time to combine forces with her and offer some
    fantastic prizes to your customers

Rachel Ray is ok, but it seems like there's LOTS of her stuff offered...  Time for something new.

Do not have a pre selection for a payment method when an order is placed on the web.  Sometimes in a rush, I do not read this section and then receive a bill when I would rather save time and pay via credit card at time of purchase.

I would love to see a section on the website for Quill.com staff picks. As employees, we are able to try new products & it would be nice if the customers had a page to go to so they could see our recommended products that we use during the day to help them :)

The homepage is a little confusing to me. It's not very clear what Quill is even about until you start digging around, so I think you could make your homepage a bit clearer.

It will be great to offer free shipping to customers that order occassionaly from Quill.  I believe I will order from yall if that was the case.  I will have all my ordering from one site and not more than one.

Make it easier to find prices on smaller quantities, and offer promos even with smaller orders for the NFP organizations that can't buy such large orders at a time.

Will my identity be anonymous on the site?

For added privacy, you will want to pick a unique screen name rather than using your real name. Remember the ideas you post will be seen by any visitor. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how your Quill Ideas account information is handled.

Will my personal information be easily accessed by others?

No. All postings are anonymous and you are only identified by the unique screen name that you have created. Other users will never be able to contact you directly. In certain circumstances, the site moderator may need to contact you through the e-mail address that you provided during account setup.

How are ideas selected for execution?

Online votes and comments are used to help get ideas developed. Ideas that receive the most votes have a higher chance of being considered. Also, an idea may be selected because it appears to have a potential for success.

How do voting and comments work?

As a registered user, you can vote on every idea once.  A voting icon is shown next to the idea. Just click to vote on your favorites. It’s that simple.  Each vote is worth 10 points.  A vote up will add ten points and a vote down will take away 10 points.  The idea’s score can be found beneath the voting icons. The higher the points the more popular the idea is.

Read and make comments on a specific idea by clicking on an idea title.  Comment on ideas as many times as you like. There is no limit.  Comments do not earn an idea points.

Our site moderators will leave comments as well.  These users are identified with a User-added image icon.

Does every idea get a response?

Due to the amount of posts, we won’t be able to respond to every posting. If your idea is moved to the formal review step, you can expect to receive e-mail updates from us.  We will keep you informed if your idea is recommended for implementation and notify you of any status changes.

Do I get recognized if my idea is selected?

If your idea is implemented, we may give you credit on the site, but there is no monetary compensation. Take a look at our Terms and Conditions to learn more.

Is there a moderator on Quill Ideas?

Your ideas and comments are not reviewed before they are posted.  Any postings that violate the Terms of Use will be removed. When appropriate, we will respond to comments in a timely manner. Profanity will not be tolerated. A filter for profanity is in use. Ideas or comments that include profanity will be blocked from posting until the profanity is deleted. Users with repeated violations will receive an initial warning and possible banning from the site.  Take a look at our terms and conditions to learn more.
