It would be nice to get better gifts in the redemption center.  What is the point of  paying a hundred dollars a year if I get the same gifts I would get for spending $99 on a single transaction.  Please bring back things like full size IPADs, Kindles, etc.  No more bags and small items.

During these days of the pandemic Covid 19, most of us are aware of the words deep cleaning, disinfection, mask, sanitizer, etc., as we are all used to it by knowing the importance of its use in protecting us from the deadly Coronavirus.

Wearing a mask and using sanitizer will protect us, but what about keeping homes safe?

Here comes the idea of deep cleaning your home by adding the disinfection and sanitizion processes to it. Doing these things will ensure that your living place is free from viruses, germs and bacteria issues.

Deep cleaning will provide you with a neat and clean home with specific virus friendly areas are all getting cleared. Then the next processes are disinfection and home sanitizing to confirm that you will not leave any visus out there in your home. Make sure to use standard quality, government approved disinfectants to achieve maximum result from your efforts.

Hope this idea is going to help someone here.

    Cheers,
    Mary J

We are a small company and sometimes we do not have a large enough total purchase to redeem the coupons. It would be nice if you could save your available coupon total to use a a future time. We would also like to be able to save them to use on larger items and maybe get a better gift. We do not purchase thousands of dollars of supplies a one time and we are never able to get any of the better things. After a while you get tired of bags and cookies.  At times the total that can be used on coupon redemption is wasted becasue we do not need more supplies and do not have enough to redeem them. it almost makes you not want to order anything. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

If this was an option we could check this box or that box for gift to go to the appropriate place. Whether it be your office or going to a certain charity from a list to pick from.  We should have an option for this. Who knows we can make a change.

With businesses facing many challenges in the current climate it would be helpful to have options to continue or pause Quillplus programming.   Would it be possible to extend program 3 months for business facing renewal notification and feel they need to cancel due to budget constraints.  Or perhaps pause the benefits for 3 months and allow for auto renewal invoice after 3 month period.

I think the free gift coupons are a great idea! I think it would be awesome if the minimum spend requirement was a little lower. As of now, the minimum you can spend is $99 to get a free gift. I think lowering that to $50 would allow a lot more people to utilize that. Of course, the gifts would not be anything huge, but it would still be a fun purchasing incentive!

Since the Covid19 supply problems, I have discovered that some Items have been backordered. Please make a list for Backorders so I don't have to look through the entire list to check the status of  my orders. Thanks so much. Supply clerk

1st responders should not  be the only ones getting dibs on the sanitizing cleaning supplies. ie Lysol spray hand sanitizers! USPS employees are just as important if not more due to dealing with the public on a daily basis and keeping  the country afloat with mail and packages!

There has to be a better way to ship items like this. I paid $12.79 for this bottle of Dawn dishsoap and this is how I received it. Almost half of it is in the bag and leaked out into the box.

AS A PHARMACY MANAGER FOR AN INDEPENDENT PHARMACY THAT HAS HAD AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT WITH QUILL FOR OVER 2 YEARS I'M VERY UPSET WITH YOUR CURRENT ORDERING POLICY.  AS A PHARM,ACY WE ARE ON THE FRONT LINE IN OUR COMMUNITY  IN HELPING PEOPLE PREVENT AND TREAT ILLNESS.  YET YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO ORDER OR BACKORDER NECESSITIES WE NEED TO DISINFECT OUR PHARMACY IE WIPES, DISINFECTING SPRAY, ETC..  WE ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT IN PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF ILLNESS AS ANY FIRST RESPONDER.  YET YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT TREATED US OR ANOTHER NEARBY INDEPENDENT PHARMACY WITH THE SAME IMPORTANCE.  I ASK THAT YOU REVIEW YOUR POLICY TOWARDS PHARMACY WITH REGARD TO ACCESS TO THESE IMPORTANT SUPPLIES

During times like this COVID-19 situation, everyone is afraid of being without the basics of sanitizers and paper products, 1st aid supplies, face masks, and a myriad of other items.  Is there a way to set such "in case of emergency" items up with a limit of how much can be ordered.  By the same token, when part of my order was cancelled due to being out of stock, I would have appreciated having the option for a rain check or to just cancel that portion of my order.  If it remains a 1st come 1st served basis, some of us will never get the products we need.  However if our order is added to a que in the order received and we have opted to keep the order active, at least we would know we would eventually receive our product.  I don't have time to check online everyday to see if my item(s) are in-stock yet or not - and when I did the other day, the item I needed appeared to be in stock, but I received a notice shortly after ordering that it was out of stock and cancelled.

I'm not usually the type to complain about stuff, but felt compelled to comment on the packaging we just received.  We received a huge box full of the air pocket plastic, just for one row of paper cups.  The length of the box fit them, but the height and width was very excessive.
Box by chair for size reference  Big box, lots of packing plastic, small item

We often get packages like this, and it seems like there must be more appropriate packaging options.  Oversized boxes = more box material + more packing material needed, and take up more room during delivery which = more trucks needed to ship packages which = more fuel consumption and emissions, more traffic, more wear & tear on roadways.

I’m hoping you’ll please consider the domino affect of oversized packaging an strive to find more efficient alternatives, and I have to imagine it would be to your benefit to advertise your efforts to show your commitment to helping the environment.  😉

    Thank you for your consideration

I would love to see the Starbucks coupons availalble again. They are handy to give out to coworkers and not just candy/cookies or kitchen utensils. lol                                                                                                We are a 3 person office so not many options for coupons for our small orders here and there.

I recently tried to purchase the advertised copy paper which was on sale, at the sale price.  When I added it to my cart, the sale price was not reflected, only the original price of the paper.
I contacted customer service to find out why I could not get the paper that was on sale, at the sale price. ( I even was sent an e-mail specifying that I can get the paper at the sale price!!)  Apparently, if you are already receiving special pricing, you are not eligible to receive sale priced items.
News to me. If customers are not eligible to receive sale priced items, then don't send me an e-mail saying that I can get the item for the sale price!!
My solution would be to put a disclaimer on the item(s) that are on sale, addressing the fact that those customers already with special pricing would not be entitled to the sale price.  Then people like myself wouldn't have to wonder why their order doesn't reflect the advertised sale price.

How are ideas selected for execution?

Online votes and comments are used to help get ideas developed. Ideas that receive the most votes have a higher chance of being considered. Also, an idea may be selected because it appears to have a potential for success.

How do voting and comments work?

As a registered user, you can vote on every idea once.  A voting icon is shown next to the idea. Just click to vote on your favorites. It’s that simple.  Each vote is worth 10 points.  A vote up will add ten points and a vote down will take away 10 points.  The idea’s score can be found beneath the voting icons. The higher the points the more popular the idea is.

Read and make comments on a specific idea by clicking on an idea title.  Comment on ideas as many times as you like. There is no limit.  Comments do not earn an idea points.

Our site moderators will leave comments as well.  These users are identified with a User-added image icon.

Does every idea get a response?

Due to the amount of posts, we won’t be able to respond to every posting. If your idea is moved to the formal review step, you can expect to receive e-mail updates from us.  We will keep you informed if your idea is recommended for implementation and notify you of any status changes.

Do I get recognized if my idea is selected?

If your idea is implemented, we may give you credit on the site, but there is no monetary compensation. Take a look at our Terms and Conditions to learn more.
