Is there a way that you can make the delivery companys clean their trucks? Each time we get an order the boxes are filthy. I am so tired of ruining my clothes to put up stock. Its  bad enough that the boxes come in torn to pieces but sweepng the floors of the trucks occaisionally would be so easy to do.

Please stop adding the Previously Purchased list of items to the bottom of the order I print. Each time it adds an extra page that I have to waste paper or have to customize my printing. Thank you

When I place an order, I appreciate getting the confirmation emails and even the shipping emails, although those are not necessary. But I would like to be able to opt-out from getting the "Out for delivery" emails. An option in Settings to change that would be nice, because it just clutters up my inbox with emails I don't care to get. There is no way to change that online and I had to chat with a rep to do it; it took far too long before he figured out what I was even after.

It would be nice to see everything listed as each first and then you can suprise everyone with the save money if you buy 3, 10, etc.   I most always have to revise my order to look for something cheaper or budget by making other adjustments.

It's difficult to vote on everything because it all looks a like.    It's time to clean them up and if they are the same, then Quill should post a generic message and the status of that message.    Also, I may have missed it but I had a comment to an idea that was posted months later but never saw a notice to read a comment just received.

As I watch my costs while ordering to make sure we are getting the best products for the best prices, the QUILL pOINT PROGRAM IS USED AS pRIZES/gIFTS FOR THE STAFF.  i PERSONALLY WOULD LIKE TO SEE gIFT CARDS FROM LOCAL MERCHANTS (kOHL'S tARGET, wALMART, jEWEL, ETC., AS THESE ARE THE TYPES OF ITEMS WE CANNOT PURCHASE BASED ON BUDGETS.  hOWEVER WITH AS MANY QUILL POINTS AS WE HAE, i THINK IT WOULD BE NICE TO OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES OR EVEN aMERICAN eXPRESS gIFT cHEQUES - SOMETHING THAT IS FOR THE RECEIPIENT TO REALLY APPRECIATE AND USE.

I have 3 different locations that I ship to with my billing address being my most utilized shipping address.  I would like to see that be my default address.  As things stand now, the last location that I place an order to ship to remains in the system as next shipping address.  When I am rushed, I occasionally forget to go back into the system to change the shipping address, and end up having my next order sent to the wrong address.  I can't imagine it would be too difficult to make our billing address our default shipping address.  That way when I place an order that has to go to a different location, I would easily send it and not have to worry about my next order going to the wrong place.

You should have a large and prominate button for your list on the Home Page very easy to see and find. Right now you have to hunt for your lists when that is where you will go to the most and fastest

I would like to see the quill points also apply for to the free gifts that are offered with purchase.  For example, let me apply quill points to receive the incentive item offered with at purchase of $500.

May not be original, but to market Office Supplies with the choice of Primary Colors of the Rainbow, rather than the Standard Black.  All I ever see are office supplies in black.  To Market and Give the Consumer a Choice of all Colors including Primary Colors of the Rainbow, Pastels and White.  To Personalize one's workspace.  I saw a "Red" stapler at my employer and thought why do I not see more office supplies in color than just black.  It creates a more inviting work space and positive energy & pleasant atmosphere.
Thank You for your Time & Consideration.
    Sincerely,
    Colleen Carlson

I have a checks and balance system with the team but every so often they dont fill out a "missing delivery slip" when a shipment comes without paperwork. I am required by upper mngt to have a trail. Paperwork of some sort should come with every shipment. This would make my life so easy. Less questioning with the team if item(s) arrived and less calls to quill / tracking.

Will my identity be anonymous on the site?

When you register to use the site, you will create a screen name and that will be your name when you post ideas and comments. For added privacy, you will want to pick a unique screen name rather than using your real name. Remember the ideas you post will be seen by any visitor. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how your Quill Ideas account information is handled.

Will my personal information be easily accessed by others?

No. All postings are anonymous and you are only identified by the unique screen name that you have created. Other users will never be able to contact you directly. In certain circumstances, the site moderator may need to contact you through the e-mail address that you provided during account setup.

How are ideas selected for execution?

Online votes and comments are used to help get ideas developed. Ideas that receive the most votes have a higher chance of being considered. Also, an idea may be selected because it appears to have a potential for success.

How do voting and comments work?

As a registered user, you can vote on every idea once.  A voting icon is shown next to the idea. Just click to vote on your favorites. It’s that simple.  Each vote is worth 10 points.  A vote up will add ten points and a vote down will take away 10 points.  The idea’s score can be found beneath the voting icons. The higher the points the more popular the idea is.

Read and make comments on a specific idea by clicking on an idea title.  Comment on ideas as many times as you like. There is no limit.  Comments do not earn an idea points.

Our site moderators will leave comments as well.  These users are identified with a User-added image icon.

Does every idea get a response?

Due to the amount of posts, we won’t be able to respond to every posting. If your idea is moved to the formal review step, you can expect to receive e-mail updates from us.  We will keep you informed if your idea is recommended for implementation and notify you of any status changes.

Do I get recognized if my idea is selected?

If your idea is implemented, we may give you credit on the site, but there is no monetary compensation. Take a look at our Terms and Conditions to learn more.

Is there a moderator on Quill Ideas?

Your ideas and comments are not reviewed before they are posted.  Any postings that violate the Terms of Use will be removed. When appropriate, we will respond to comments in a timely manner. Profanity will not be tolerated. A filter for profanity is in use. Ideas or comments that include profanity will be blocked from posting until the profanity is deleted.
